About Yelhsa

My name is Ashley-Lynn Hall, I spelled the first part of my first name backwards to get Yelhsa to set me apart from others named Ashley. I am 37 years old. I have a son and a daughter. I live in the United States. Besides writing, I enjoy reading, coloring, puzzles, organizing, board games, card games, dice games, and dominoes. I am an observer while both of my children are very outgoing. I enjoy being in church and being involved in church. I have battled depression, anger, rejection, and loneliness. My faith and my home church has been there for me through it all. They also helped me through other difficult times. My favorite colors are blue, purple, yellow and green (except lime. To many Disney movies with lime as the color of the bad person.) I am partial to trucks. My favorite time to be outside is near sunrise, as it is cool enough I do not overheat and no mosquitoes (those blood sucking pests). I like to watch movies, if they fall into my requirements. I find that I tend to internalize all I hear, feel and see. It does not matter if it happened to others, I internalize it so much it is as if it happened to me. Imagine how learning about the holocaust and World War 2 effected me. That was rough. I had to do some strong detox every weekend that semester to remove the pain from part of me. That is when I set harder standards on what I read. I can read about it now as history but not my own life history. My favorite music type is Christian. I believe there is only one God.
